with who share this vision. we are looking for an assistant manager- partnerships in the last few years, we have increased our impact by investing deeply in technology-based initiatives to further our mission the end goal been reaching out to more organisations, more classrooms and many more children across the country. we are now looking to expand our partnerships team to make our impact wider and are on a lookout for a passionate individual based out of our bangalore office. we are looking for an assistant manager who can forge strategic partnerships to facilitate the use of storyweaver’s digital resources with organizations that have programs which promote reading and learning among children, specifically in the south and west of india. the asst. manager will be responsible for strategizing and executing plans to increase the user base of storyweaver and also provide the necessary training and support to the partner network and work closely with internal stakeholders key responsibilities: identify potential partner organisations and strategize, design and execute plans to onboard them as storyweaver partners. identify and engage in-depth with organizations to understand their program and impact and provide training and support to the partner . organize and facilitate workshops on reading with storyweaver with different partner organisations. maintain documentation for the various processes under the partnerships function. create and execute robust work plans for achieving monthly, quarterly and annual goals including specific targets. build and nurture networks of partners working in the field of education/ with children / ed-tech. provide information and feedback to the internal team based on partner feedback and essentially be a bridge between the internal and external stakeholders help with research and documentation for impact assessment help build strategy for the function, contribute in new ideas for both the function and platform. constantly build their own knowledge about language development and the importance of reading to effectively engage with organizations. this role will involve travel to other cities and towns within india. required skills a post graduate degree preferably in marketing and management 3 to 5 years work experience in sales, marketing, outreach, partnerships or related areas. experience in a programmatic function in the education center and/or direct e xperience in classrooms. training skills and comfort : training is a large part of the role and you need to be both skilled and comfortable with addressing a large audience and training them. nice to have but not mandatory: ability to network and make connections interest in books, education and publishing. location: this is a
